I agree with your point about time. In the end, it’s the only thing we have, and it’s the only thing we lose every minute. Making best use of one’s time therefore makes a lot of sense. We are creatures of habit, however, and it seems to take an enormous amount of effort to change our habits. So I suppose spending more time to change my habits can be one of the best uses of my time. For example, learning about ways to make it easy to change habits would be a good use of time.

Instead of focusing on building new habits, or the how to go about it, try doing the entailed action/ practice, and with time it WILL become a habit.
A good example is waking up really early against what your body might tell you, so what i do when…
